Terms and Conditions
1. I reserve the right to- Cancel the commission at any point in time if there is an issue
- Share the commission online
- Promote and display the commissions in my portfolio
- Retain the right to my own art
2. The commissioner- Cannot use my artwork as an NFT or use it to train artificial intelligence
- Trace , copy , edit the artwork without my knowledge
- Not allowed to profit from my work unless the commercial fee is paid
- Can purchase the commercial usage fee at any time
- Are allowed to post the artwork as long as proper credit is given
- May not commission if they are uncomfortable with the TOS
3. Revision- Please be open and clear on what you want when requesting for a revision
- Any mistake that are my fault ( not following the original description properly ) would not be charged
-Major changes after sketch / lineart phase will cost ($4) per revision
( background , pose , outfit , character )
- Minor revision after sketch . lineart will cost ($2) ( expression , details )

- 3 rounds of free revision after sketch and line art
- No limits of minor revision during sketch phase , limit of 5 for major revisions
4. Payment- Commercial fee + 60% the commission fee for streaming etc
- Commercial fee + 100% the commission fee for printing physical product
- Pay upfront
